By accessing our website, scheduling a demonstration, communicating with us, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. ABOUT FURYIOUS

Furyious provides AI-powered business systems, automation, communication tools, website solutions, voice and chat systems, workflow support, and related services for businesses.

Specific features, capabilities, integrations, and services may vary depending on the solution selected, configuration, third-party platforms, and the needs of the customer.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Furyious does not guarantee specific business, financial, marketing, lead-generation, revenue, conversion, operational, or other results.

Results may vary based on many factors, including the customer’s business, market, data, processes, staff, implementation, usage, third-party systems, and other circumstances outside Furyious’s control.

3. AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS AND AUTOMATED SYSTEMS

Furyious systems may use artificial intelligence, automation, voice agents, chat systems, and other automated technologies.

AI-generated responses and automated actions may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Customers remain responsible for reviewing important information and maintaining appropriate human oversight where judgment, legal obligations, safety, customer relationships, or business decisions require it.

Furyious does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or other licensed professional advice.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and lawful information

• Reviewing and approving business rules, workflows, prompts, content, and system configurations

• Maintaining appropriate permissions and consent for customer data and communications

• Complying with applicable laws, regulations, industry requirements, platform policies, and communication rules

• Maintaining appropriate human oversight

• Keeping login credentials and account access secure

Customers may not use Furyious systems for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Furyious solutions may connect with or depend on third-party platforms, software, communications providers, hosting services, AI services, CRMs, calendars, websites, and other technology providers.

Furyious does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, performance, pricing, policies, outages, or changes.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to separate terms and privacy policies from those providers.

6. COMMUNICATIONS AND SMS
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Furyious Focus LLC, doing business as Furyious, you may receive messages related to appointments, requested information, customer service, service updates, follow-up, and, where separately authorized, marketing or promotional communications.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. FEES AND PAYMENT

Unless otherwise stated in writing, customers are responsible for applicable fees associated with third-party software, telecommunications, domains, advertising, data services, integrations, or other external services.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Furyious name, branding, logos, website content, designs, systems, documentation, processes, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Furyious Focus LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Customers retain ownership of their own business information, customer data, branding, and materials they provide to Furyious, subject to any rights reasonably necessary for Furyious to provide the requested services.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA

Furyious may receive confidential or sensitive business information while providing services.

We will use reasonable efforts to protect information entrusted to us and will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Customers are responsible for determining what information is appropriate to provide to Furyious systems and for obtaining any required permissions or consents.

10. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We may modify, improve, discontinue, or replace website features, services, technologies, or integrations from time to time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website, AI systems, communications tools, third-party integrations, or other services.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furyious Focus LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website, services, AI systems, automations, communications, or third-party technologies.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

Customers may discontinue services according to the applicable agreement, subscription terms, proposal, or order form.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
